The only way to say how excited I am about Gruv Gear’s products is probably to equate it to the fanaticism that Apple users have for their products (I should point out that I’m typing on a Macbook currently).
The V-Cart Solo and Stadium Bag have made staying organized and loading in and out of gigs quick and easy. Very well thought out and designed, the stuff works just as you’d think they would, and they work together; being able to strap the bag onto the cart and save room is awesome!
The FretWraps have also been ideal. While many may think that you only use these if you’re tapping, slapping or any other technical wizardry, I have found that keeping FretWraps on my basses make all the difference in theatre and church gigs, where I’m being run direct. They eliminate any overtones and harmonics that in a direct setting, are apparent. I liked them so much, I even reviewed them.
Very well thought out, easy to use. I can’t say enough about Jay and his crew; they make GREAT stuff for the working musician. And the Genre Tees are very clever and comfortable; you’ll find me sporting one (of my three) on a gig regularly.
